How should I care for my hand-knitted wool garments?
To preserve the natural fibers, we recommend hand washing in cool water with a mild wool detergent. Lay flat to dry on a towel, avoiding direct sunlight. Do not wring or tumble dry.
When will my order ship?
Orders typically process within 3-5 business days. During peak launch periods, processing may take up to 7-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package departs our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited-edition collections or 'Final Sale' items are not eligible for return.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their respective countries at the time of delivery.
